- 300 g carrots, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 5 dl water
- 500 g smoked ribs, cut into approx. 2 cm cubes
- 200 g green lentils
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped

And that's how it's done
Heat the butter, sauté the garlic, add the pork, cover and simmer for approx. 10 mins Add the carrots, lentils and water, simmer for about another 30 mins., season. Scatter over the chives.
