Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper, add the oil, salt and paprika, mix.
Empty the flour into a shallow dish.
Beat the egg in a deep bowl and place the breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl. Toss the chicken in the flour, shake off the excess, dip the chicken in the egg and then the breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs down firmly so that they adhere. Spread the chicken on top of the potatoes, brush with a little oil.
Approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Serve in a basket.
Mix the ketchup with the sambal oelek, serve with the chicken in a basket.
