  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150 g quinoa
  • 1 apple, coarsely grated
  • 2 tbsp sugar
Topping
  • 1 apple, cut into slices
  • 150 g half-fat quark
  • 2 tbsp almonds, coarsely chopped, roasted

Porridge
Bring the milk to the boil in a pan with the salt. Add the quinoa, apple and sugar, cover and simmer for approx. 20 mins., stirring occasionally.
Topping
Dish up the porridge, top with the quark, apple and almonds.
