- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp wild garlic pesto
- 0.25 tsp salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tin white beans (approx. 250 g), rinsed, drained
- 90 g rocket, washed
- 140 g pomegranate seeds

And that's how it's done
Mix the vinegar, olive oil and pesto in a bowl, season. Add the beans, rocket and pomegranate seeds, mix well.
