Dressing
- 1 tbsp herbal vinegar
- 2 tbsp coarse-grain mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 100 g pitted green olives, finely chopped
Bread
- 500 g bread (e.g. brown bread), sliced, toasted
Topping
View these products
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 6 mini cucumbers, sliced lengthwise
- a little cress
- 1 bunch radish, sliced
- 240 g pastrami or roast beef, sliced

And that's how it's done
Dressing
Mix the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the crème fraîche, stir in the olives.
Bread
Spread the olive mixture on the bread.
Topping
Top the bread with the lettuce, cucumber, radish, meat and cress.
