- One-pot pasta with cervelat sausage

This is needed
for 4 people
One-pot pasta
- 350 g pasta (e.g. large elbow macaroni)
- 4 cervelat sausages (approx. 100 g each), peeled, halved and cut into slices
- 1 tin corn kernels (approx. 275 g), rinsed, drained
- 250 g mushrooms, quartered
- 300 g carrots, thinly sliced
- 7 dl meat bouillon
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes (approx. 400 g)
- a little pepper
To serve

- 2 dl sour single cream
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 80 g grated Gruyère

And that's how it's done
One-pot pasta
Place the pasta and all the other ingredients up to and including the stock in a large pan, mix and bring to the boil. Cover and cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente, season.
To serve
Mix the cream, cheese and parsley in with the pasta.
