  • 1 lime, the whole juice
  • 2 cm ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red chilli pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 200 g baby lettuce
  • 1 beefsteak tomatoes, cut into pieces
  • 100 g cashew nuts, roasted
  • 1 carrots, cut into strips
To serve
  • 20 g garden cress
  • 125 g smoked trout fillets (organic), cut into pieces

To serve
