Pulled pork
  • 1 pack pulled pork with BBQ sauce (approx. 620 g)
  • 150 g Blue tortilla chips with sea salt
  • 150 g Cheddar, coarsely grated
  • 6 tbsp smoky chipotle chili salsa
  • 1 red onion, cut into thin rings
  • 1 tin sweetcorn (approx. 140 g), drained

Pulled pork
Heat the pulled pork according to the instructions on the packet, pull away the meat using two forks and mix with the sauce.
Spread the nachos on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Top with the pulled pork, sweetcorn, onion, BBQ sauce and Cheddar cheese.
To bake
Approx. 5 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, garnish with the coriander. Using a fork, eat straight from the tray or serve on plates.
