- 360 g plain yoghurt
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 0.25 tsp salt
- a little pepper
Tzatziki
- 0.25 cucumber (approx. 50 g), deseeded, finely grated
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 pinch chilli powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Mango & port wine sauce

Mix the yoghurt, lime juice and parsley, season.
