Dressing
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 tsp salt
- a little pepper
Salad

- 30 g Micro Greens
- 1 tbsp capers
- 75 g soft goats' cheese
- 2 chioggia beets (approx. 100 g each), very thinly sliced

And that's how it's done
Dressing
Combine the vinegar and oil in a large bowl, season.
Salad
Add the beetroot, micro greens and capers to the dressing, mix. Using two teaspoons, spoon the cream cheese on top of the salad.
