Chicken
- 500 g tender chicken breast fillets
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 pinches cayenne pepper
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 150 g bacon strips
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1.5 dl full cream, beaten until stiff
- 1 tbsp whisky
- 0.25 tsp salt

- One ovenproof dish (approx. 1 1/2 l) or one round tray (approx. 21 cm in diameter, greased).

And that's how it's done
Chicken
Season the mini chicken fillets, wrap each in a rasher of bacon, place next to each other in the prepared dish.
To cook in the oven
Approx. 20 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C.
Sauce
Whisk the cream, chilli sauce and whisky, season with salt, spread on top of the meat, serve immediately.
