  • 3 tbsp walnut kernels, coarsely chopped
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 3 tbsp fine whole-grain rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp white flour
Rhubarb
  • 300 g red rhubarb, cut diagonally into approx. 2 cm pieces

Crumble
Mix the butter, nuts, sugar, oats and flour with a fork to form a crumbly mixture.
Rhubarb
Mix the rhubarb and sugar, transfer to the prepared dish. Top with the crumble.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove and allow to cool slightly.
