Tartare
  • 150 g pieces of salmon (organic), sushi quality, diced finely
  • 1 spring onion incl. green part, finely chopped
  • 1 cm ginger, finely grated
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • 0.5 tbsp lemon juice
To serve
  • 30 g wasabi nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 4 slices white bread, roasted

Tartare
Mix the salmon and all the other ingredients in a bowl, cover and chill for approx. 1 hr.
To serve
Plate up half of the nuts on two plates using a cutter (approx. 9 cm in diameter), spoon half of the tartare on each, sprinkle with the remaining nuts. Serve with the bread.
