Sautéed Brussels sprouts and hazelnuts

- 0.5 tsp salt
- 40 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 onions, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g Brussels sprouts, cut in half
- a little pepper
- 1 organic lemon, use grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice
- 30 g Parmesan, shaved with a peeler

And that's how it's done
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the onion, sprouts and nuts for approx. 4 mins. Reduce the heat, cover and steam for approx. 10 mins., stirring occasionally, then season. Stir in the lemon zest and juice and serve with the parmesan.
