  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 40 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 onions, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 400 g Brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • a little pepper
  • 1 organic lemon, use grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice
  • 30 g Parmesan, shaved with a peeler

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the onion, sprouts and nuts for approx. 4 mins. Reduce the heat, cover and steam for approx. 10 mins., stirring occasionally, then season. Stir in the lemon zest and juice and serve with the parmesan.
