  • 200 g chorizo, in slices
Raclette
  • 600 g raclette cheese in slices
  • 80 g shelled almonds, roasted
  • 50 g black olives
  • 0.75 tsp smoked paprika

Chorizo
Place the chorizo slices on the grill plate of a raclette oven and fry for approx. 3 mins. on each side until crispy.
Raclette
Place the cheese slices in the raclette pans along with the chorizo, almonds and olives. Melt the cheese under the raclette grill, season with paprika.
