Teriyaki chicken with tenderstem broccoli

Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts
- salted water, boiling
- 300 g tenderstem broccoli
Teriyaki

- 1 dl water
- 0.5 dl Teriyaki sauce
- 1 red chilli, deseeded, cut into rings

And that's how it's done
Chicken
Cook the chicken in simmering salted water for approx. 15 mins. Add the broccoli, simmer for approx. 3 mins. until cooked. Drain the chicken and broccoli. Pull apart the chicken using two forks.
Teriyaki
Return the broccoli and chicken to the pan, pour in the water and teriyaki sauce, add the chilli, simmer for approx. 5 mins.
