- 0.5 red chilli pepper, deseeded, cut into thin strips
- 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 garlic clove, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 peppermint leaf, cut into thin strips
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tomato (approx. 600 g), cut into 2 cm cubes
- 50 g tortilla chips

And that's how it's done
Combine the lemon juice, garlic, chilli pepper and mint, season. Add the tomatoes and mix carefully. Cover and leave to steep for approx. 30 mins. Plate up the tomato salad with the crème fraîche and tortilla chips.
