Hawaiian raclette
Drain the pineapple slices, cut into eighths. Cut the ham into thin strips. Place the cheese in the raclette pans, top with the pineapple, ham and curry powder.
Raclette with bacon and mushrooms
Cut the bacon into pieces and thinly slice the mushrooms. Place the cheese in the raclette pans, top with the bacon, mushrooms and paprika.
Raclette with sweetcorn and pepper
Drain the sweetcorn. Halve the baby corn lengthwise, deseed the pepper and cut into strips. Place the cheese in the raclette pans, top with the sweetcorn, baby corn, pepper and raclette seasoning.
To melt
Melt the cheese under a raclette grill for approx. 8 mins.
