Bulgur wheat
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 dl water
  • 1 onions, finely chopped
  • 100 g bulgur
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 3.5 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 bunches radishes incl. green parts *-*
  • 0.5 cucumber, quartered, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp cranberries

Bulgur wheat
Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion and bulgur wheat. Pour in the water, bring to the boil, season with salt. Simmer the bulgur wheat over a low heat for approx. 10 mins. Remove the pan from the heat, allow to cool slightly.
Whisk the vinegar and oil in a bowl, season with salt. Add the bulgur wheat, radish, radish greens, cucumber and cranberries, mix together.
