- Grilled broccoli couscous with grilled cheese

This is needed
for 4 people
Charcoal/gas/electric grill:
- 2 broccoli (each approx. 300 g), quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 tsp salt
Couscous
- 2 tbsp herbal vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Dukkah (spice mix)
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 50 g almonds, toasted, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp dark sultanas

- 250 g halloumi, cut into approx. 1 cm sticks

And that's how it's done
Charcoal/gas/electric grill:
Brush the broccoli with oil, season with salt, grill on all sides over/on a low heat (approx. 150 °C for approx. 15 mins. Allow the broccoli to cool slightly, chop finely.
Couscous
Combine the vinegar and oil, season. Mix the broccoli, almonds and sultanas.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill:
Grill the cheese over/on a medium heat for approx. 3 mins. on each side, serve with the broccoli couscous.
