Charcoal/gas/electric grill:
  • 1 broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 avocado, quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 2 courgettes, cut into slices
  • a little pepper
  • 3 tbsp herbal vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 dates, pitted, cut into thin strips
  • salt and pepper to taste

Charcoal/gas/electric grill:
Mix the vegetables with the oil, season. Grill the vegetables over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
Combine the vinegar and oil in a bowl, season. Add the vegetables and dates mix.
