- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g feta, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes
- 120 g rocket
- 0.25 tsp salt

- 300 g watermelons, sliced

Feta salad
Mix together the lemon juice, oil and salt. Add the rocket and feta, mix.
Grilled watermelon
Heat the oil in a griddle pan. Grill the melon slices for approx. 2 mins. on each side, season. Top with the feta salad, serve immediately.
