- 1 tbsp honey mustard
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar or vinegar
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- a little pepper

- 1 kohlrabi, very thinly sliced
- 1 smoked trout fillets (organic), torn into pieces
- 3 tbsp cress

Dressing
Combine the mustard, balsamic and oil, season.
Carpaccio
Arrange the slices of kohlrabi on 2 plates, drizzle with the dressing. Top with the trout and cress.
