Celeriac & apple sauce
  • 1 lemon, use only the juice
  • 0.5 dl apple juice
  • 150 g celeriac, cut into small pieces
  • 1 apples, peeled, cut into small pieces
  • 150 g plain greek yoghurt plain
  • 1 tsp mild curry powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for frying
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • a little pepper
Pasta salad
  • 300 g pasta (e.g. wholegrain farfalle)
  • salted water, boiling
  • 200 g celery, cut into pieces
  • 1 red-skinned apple, cut into sticks

Celeriac & apple sauce
Bring the lemon juice and apple juice to the boil, add the celeriac and apple, cover and simmer for approx. 1 min. until soft. Leave to cool, puree, stir in the yoghurt, season the sauce.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken all over for approx. 5 mins., leave to cool, then season.
Pasta salad
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and rinse in cold water. Mix the pasta with the celery, apple, chicken and sauce.
