Honey dressing
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.75 tsp chilli flakes (e.g. Fine Food Chile Chipotle)
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 pinches salt
Caprese salad

- 2 nectarines, thinly sliced
- 300 g mozzarella, cut into slices
- 1 peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 stick celery, sliced
- 0.25 bunch basil, torn into pieces

And that's how it's done
Honey dressing
Combine the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the chilli flakes.
Caprese salad
Arrange the nectarines, peach and mozzarella on a platter. Top with the celery and basil, drizzle with the dressing.
