  • 1 cucumbers, halved lengthways, diagonally sliced
  • 1 kg watermelons, cut into slices approx. 1 cm thick, in triangles
  • 5 sprigs basil, leaves torn off
  • 8 slices cured ham
  • 5 sprigs peppermint, leaves removed, coarsely chopped
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds, lightly roasted
