  • 200 g wild rice mix
  • 5 dl salted water, boiling
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • 2 tbsp rape seeds, roasted
  • 50 g semi-hard cheese, cut into cubes

Wild rice
Cook the rice, uncovered, in boiling salted water for approx. 15 mins and allow to cool slightly.
Combine the vinegar and oil in a bowl, season. Mix in the rice, apple, cheese and rape seeds.
