  • 1 garlic, squeezed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 200 g lye rolls, cut into strips
Panzanella
  • 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 fennel, very thinly sliced
  • 250 g different coloured cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • a little pepper
  • 0.5 bunch dill
  • 0.5 bunch basil

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and bread, season with salt, fry for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally.

Combine the balsamic and oil in a bowl, season. Add the fennel, tomatoes and herbs with the bread, mix.
