This is needed
for 2 people
Bread
- 1 garlic, squeezed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 200 g lye rolls, cut into strips
Panzanella

- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 1 fennel, very thinly sliced
- 250 g different coloured cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- a little pepper
- 0.5 bunch dill
- 0.5 bunch basil

And that's how it's done
Bread
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and bread, season with salt, fry for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally.
Panzanella
Combine the balsamic and oil in a bowl, season. Add the fennel, tomatoes and herbs with the bread, mix.
