This is needed

Meat
- oil for frying
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 250 g beef strips (à la minute)
- a little pepper
- 2 white bread (e.g. mini ciabatta), cut open

- 150 g plain greek yoghurt
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 1 garlic clove, squeezed
- 2 tbsp red currant jelly, stirred until smooth
- 45 g baby lettuce

And that's how it's done
Meat
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the meat in batches for approx. 3 mins. each, season and remove. Toast the bread rolls (cut side down) in the same pan for approx. 1 min.
Sandwich
Mix the yoghurt, garlic and salt, spread over the cut sides of the bread. Add the meat, salad and jelly.
