In a bowl, mix the carrots with all the remaining ingredients. Knead well by hand until the ingredients have combined to form a compact mass. Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin and smooth down.
Approx. 40 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 160°C. Turn the heat up to 180 °C and bake for a further 10 mins. Remove from the oven, leave to cool in the tin, cut into 10 bars.
