- 1 pack vegetarian mince (230 g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tin red kidney beans (approx. 400 g), rinsed, drained
- 1 tin corn kernels (approx. 280 g), rinsed, drained
- 2 tomato
- 1 red chilli
- tortilla chips
- 1 dl vegetable bouillon
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 0.25 tsp cumin, ground
- 0.25 tsp salt

And that's how it's done
Heat the oil in a frying pan, brown the mince for approx. 4 mins. Add the onions, garlic, beans, sweetcorn, tomatoes and chilli, fry for about a minute, reduce the heat. Pour in the stock, season, cover and simmer for approx. 3 mins.
