  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tin red kidney beans (approx. 400 g), rinsed, drained
  • 1 tin corn kernels (approx. 280 g), rinsed, drained
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 red chilli
  • tortilla chips
  • 1 dl vegetable bouillon
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 0.25 tsp cumin, ground
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Heat the oil in a frying pan, brown the mince for approx. 4 mins. Add the onions, garlic, beans, sweetcorn, tomatoes and chilli, fry for about a minute, reduce the heat. Pour in the stock, season, cover and simmer for approx. 3 mins.
