- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 7 dl vegetable bouillon
- 3 courgettes, chopped
- 150 g cream cheese (e.g. with herbs)
- salt and pepper to taste

Soup
Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion for approx. 3 mins. Add the courgettes and cook for approx. 5 minutes. Add the stock and cook the vegetables for approx. 15 minutes until soft. Add the cream cheese, puree until smooth, heat gently and season.
