  • 3 dl vegetable bouillon
  • 300 g brown lentils
  • 1 dl Coca Cola
  • 2 tomato, diced
  • 1 red peppers, diced
  • 100 g diced bacon
  • 1 courgettes, diced
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 40 g Parmesan, grated
  • 2 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli pepper, deseeded, finely chopped

And that's how it's done
Place the lentils and all the other ingredients up to and including the chilli pepper in a pan, mix and bring to the boil. Cover and cook over a medium heat for approx. 30 mins., stirring occasionally. Add the parmesan and mix well.
