Carpaccio
- 100 g smoked salmon, torn into pieces
- 1 apple (e.g. Kissabel), cut into approx. 2 mm slices
Dressing
View these products
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1.5 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp grated horseradish in a jar
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- a little pepper
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp tarragon, finely chopped

And that's how it's done
Carpaccio
Plate up the apple and salmon.
Dressing
Whisk the vinegar, oil and horsradish, season. Stir in the tarragon. Drizzle the dressing over the carpaccio, top with the horseradish.
