Baked feta with tomatoes and olives

This is needed

Feta and tomatoes
- 300 g feta
- 4 garlic clove, halved
- 1 organic lemon, use grated zest only
- 1 spring onion incl. green part, cut into rings
- 4 sprigs oregano, roughly chopped
- 0.5 dl olive oil
- 4 sprigs thyme, roughly chopped
- 500 g tomato (different varieties) whole or chopped
- 3 tbsp Kalamata olives
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pinches chilli flakes

- One shallow baking dish, greased.

And that's how it's done
Feta and tomatoes
Place the feta in the prepared dish. Scatter the spring onions, garlic, lemon zest and herbs on top. Place the tomatoes and olives in the dish, drizzle with oil, season.
Bake
For approx 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
