- 1 ripe avocados
- 0.5 bunch coriander
- 0.5 organic lemon use grated zest and juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 150 g plain greek yoghurt plain

And that's how it's done
Halve the avocado, remove the stone, peel, mash the flesh with the lemon zest and lemon juice. Finely chop the coriander and stir in along with the yoghurt, season. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
