Place the pastry in a tin (approx. 30 cm Ø) along with the baking paper. Prick firmly with a fork, cover with the breadcrumbs. Trim the green part of the carrots to approx. 3 cm long. Mix the cream, eggs, mustard and sesame seeds, season, pour on top of the pastry. Place the carrots in the sauce.
Bake for approx. 35 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
