Pale golden colour, with a fine, delicate and typically floral nose and a hint of flint, rounded out with pleasant fruit flavours and a whisper of yeast. A lean, elegant body.
A wine growing commune and the center of the Chablais wine region. The vineyard area covers 130 hectares with 83% of white, mainly Chasselas. 17% red, planted with Pinot Noir and Gamay. A wine museum was built in 1971, in Aigle Castle that dates back to 1179.
