First, specially selected herbs and spices are finely chopped and immersed in a water and alcohol-based solution. The water frees up the ingredients' natural properties, and the alcohol helps preserve the fine essential aromas that are released. Ageing and refining ensures optimum aromatic complexity. Rough filtration helps remove residual elements and undesirable particles. Crystalline sugar, ethanol and the extracted aromas are then added to and mixed in with the filtered white wine until a homogeneousfluid is achieved. Following adequate storage and maturation, the vermouth must be stabilized via a three-step cooling system. 15% Vol. 100cl.#White Martinazzi is served neat and cold, on the rocks or as a long drink.
