Caorunn gin is produced at the Balmenach Distillery in Scotland. Unlike industrially produced gins, this one is still made following a handcrafted distillation process. Indeed, the reason it is referred to as small batch production is because the gin is only produced in small quantities. In this distillery, it's quality that counts. The distillation of this gin, which takes place in traditional copper stills, requires no fewer than 11 botanicals from the region, all carefully sorted by hand before being infused in clear spring water.
