Gin
In addition to juniper, bitter oranges, quinces, coriander and ginger are distilled in separate groups. The real highlight, however, is the use of chestnuts in a batch of its own. They give the nginious! Smoked & Salted gin its fine smoke note. This, however, does not dominate the gin.
In the last stage, the finished gin is imbued with a rare rock salt from the Swiss Alps, the Sel à l 'Ancienne, which is also smoked beforehand.
Serving suggestion: In a tumbler with ice and either a dry tonic or a ginger beer, with a sliced kumquat and a sprig of thyme.
