In the tropical climate, the rum mash is subject to a vigorous fermentation. The decisive factor for the exquisite end product is the slow distillation process in order to recover the flavours and aromas contained from the mash. According to a decades-old recipe, more than a dozen different high-quality Jamaica rum varieties - of different ages and from different distilleries - are carefully blended together and stored in oak barrels for several years. This is how a great classic among Jamaica rum is created. Tasting notes: Appearance: Gold to dark brown (caramel). 40% vol. 70cl.
Ideal for mixing with cola, orange and/or pineapple juice as a Planters Punch, Mai Tai or other cocktail. As a Grog in hot tea, to flavour desserts, vanilla ice cream, cream, Baba au Rhum, etc. always a sensual pleasure!
The rum is produced according to the traditional Jamaican method. Distillation takes place using the pot still and column still processes.
