Matured, aromatic sugar cane brandies are blended with especially light sugar cane distillates. This blend is stored in white oak barrels for at least three years. The Maestro Ronero (master blender) selects the best barrels after the maturing period and mixes them to produce Añejo 3 años, which then rests again before being bottled. This gives this white rum its special, intense notes and its straw-coloured complexion. Tasting notes: Appearance: Pleasant straw-like colour. Its brightness, clarity and density reveal its age; Nose: Intense, with notes of vanilla, caramelized pears, bananas, and a hint of oak smoke; Flavour: Very pleasant, with a smoky note and hints of vanilla and chocolate. Aged in oak barrels for at least 3 years, this Havana Club is a transition between white and amber rum, ideal for typical Cuban cocktails. Alc. 40% Vol. 70cl.
