The milled barley is mixed with water in stainless mash tuns. Here, a heating and cooling process takes place during which the starch content of the barley is transformed into soluble sugar. With the addition of yeast, the mash then undergoes fermentation. After careful distillation, the Bourbon matures for at least four years in newly charred oak barrels. Tasting notes: Appearance: deep gold, clear and bright. 40% vol. 70cl.
