The special 1-day travelpass: unlimited travel for one day

You can use the special 1-day travelpass to travel the length and breadth of the country in one day. Discover the best beauty spots by train, Postbus, boat, tram and bus.

Terms: The special 1-day travelpass from Coop and Interdiscount

Offer valid from 24.1.2022 until 20.2.2022, while supplies last. Can be redeemed until 20.3.2022.
Purchase the special 1-day travelpass for CHF 49.–
  • available for second class
  • available without a Half-Fare card
  • valid for one person only on one day
  • unlimited travel on the GA route network (all SBB, most private railway and PostBus routes, on boats, trams and buses in many Swiss cities). You can find a detailed overview at sbb.ch/day-pass.
  • valid from Monday to Sunday and public holidays with no time restrictions. surcharges and reservations are not included in the special 1-day travelpass.
  • enables Half-Fare card customers to purchase a class upgrade for a day as well as discounted, route-specific upgrades. customers without a Half-Fare card can purchase a route-specific upgrade at the full price. See the special offer in the brochure.
  • enables Half-Fare card customers to purchase discounted add-on tickets for a trip outside the GA route network. customers without a Half-Fare card can purchase an add-on ticket at the full price.
  • must be redeemed by no later than 20.3.2022, no reimbursement, no exchange.can be combined with a Junior Card and Children's Co-Travelcard.
  • enables you to purchase discounted RailAway leisure services. Important: Purchase these leisure services (e.g. admission to zoos, museums, etc.) before starting your trip at the railway station counter or online at sbb.ch/leisure.

Travel recommendations

Tip 1: Travel comfortably outside of peak hours. After 8 a.m., before 4.30 p.m. and after 7 p.m. You will have more space and can travel stress-free. Please note that EuroCity (EC) trains are usually heavily used. Whenever possible, choose a different train.
Tip 2: At weekends and on public holidays, demand for connections through the Gotthard Base Tunnel is high. Combine your excursion with a trip over the historic Gotthard panorama route.
Tip 3: Seats can be reserved on InterCity (IC) and cross-border EuroCity (EC) trains.
