Rum
Pyrat Rum is produced on the island of Anguilla in the West Indies. The island is very small. Currently, the Anguilla Distillery is rebuilding an authentic stone building on the beach at Road Bay. Due to the history of the Caribbean, the rum has of course played a big role for Anguilla since the 18th century. Appearance: Amber. Nose: Rich and sweet, with hints of marzipan, vanilla and orange. Palate: A lot of orange again, sweet herbs, fruity, rich and full-bodied, almost liqueurish.
