The wine is intense ruby red in colour. A bouquet of red fruits and cherries on the nose with hints of candied fruits and liquorice. Rounded, balanced and well-structured on the palate. Medium-bodied with terrific fruit and good character. This is a wine that always tempts you to enjoy just one more gulp!
The grapes are harvested at just the right ripeness and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Maceration, which takes place at temperatures of no more than 28°C, lasts 8-10 days. Malolactic fermentation is completed at the start of winter. This is followed by further maturing in steel tanks for eight months, then an additional four months in the bottle, before the wine hits the shelves.
