Jahresproduktion maximal 36'000 Flaschen, was lediglich einer Ausbeute von ca. 250 gr Trauben pro m2 entspricht. Beste Qualität! Lese von Hand. Vergärung in Eichenfässern und Ausbau des Jungweines während 24 Monaten in neuen Eichenbarriques. Ungeschönt und unfiltriert in die Flasche gefüllt.
