Wine details

Wine growing has been present in Neckenmarkt since Celtic times. The region is protected by three hill ranges on the Hungarian border. The growers' cellar was founded in 1968. The cooperative has about 300 members, who care for a total of 300 vines. Terra Cognita= (land known, proven) vs. Terra incognita (unknown land, foreign science). This series includes two different varieties of wines (Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch) made from the best grapes and partly matured in barrels.
